If you haven’t seen Antonio Brown without a helmet recently, well, he looks a little different. The Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver posted a selfie on social media this past Sunday, showcasing his pearly whites and, yes, a sky-high mohawk.

It might look a little odd, but when you lead the NFL in receptions (129) and yards (1,698) and finish second in touchdowns (13), you’re allowed to do pretty much whatever you want.

“The hair is really interchangeable,” Brown said on CBS Sports Radio’s The Doug Gottlieb Show. “Some people call it the lego. Some people call it the go-hawk. Some people call it Mario. I heard a lot of names, man. If you look good, you feel good; if you feel good, you play good. You got to keep creating moments and feeling great.”

Brown created quite a few moments in Week 1, hauling in nine catches for 133 yards and a touchdown in a 28-21 road loss to the Patriots. The Steelers hope to get in the win column this Sunday, when they host the 49ers (1-0) at 1 p.m. ET.

Doug Gottlieb asked Brown how he’ll celebrate if he scores a touchdown. Might he flex like Colin Kaepernick?

“I usually see how I feel when I get in the end zone,” Brown said. “I don’t try to imitate the other team or take shots at guys. Only if I talk to the guy prior before the game and he wants me to do that, but we’ll see. We’ll keep it interesting and fun.”

Brown’s celebration theatrics aside, it’ll be more fun for the Steelers if they just win the game. Pittsburgh’s front seven will certainly need to be in top form, as Carlos Hyde ran all over Minnesota on Monday Night Football. Hyde, making his first career start, carried 26 times for 168 yards and two touchdowns. As a team, the Niners rushed 39 times for 230 yards (5.9 yards per carry).

Pittsburgh hopes to avoid an 0-2 start, especially given how dominant Cincinnati looked in its 33-13 win over the Raiders in Oakland.

“We got to win this weekend,” Brown said. “This is our home opener and I’m looking forward to some big plays. Make sure you’re ready.”
